Meet Keili
My fitness journey started back in 2013 when I was doing Cross fit as summer conditioning for my high school volleyball team. Shortly after that time, I started pursuing lifting on my own in my family’s garage gym and from that time on, fitness has always been a big part of my life.
Since that first summer at 16, I’ve done it all. I’ve competed in bodybuilding shows. I’ve went through a number of growth and dieting phases. The main struggle I faced was the fact that there wasn’t too much health in my fitness journey. While aesthetically, I looked well. I felt I had to push to such extremes to get to where I wanted to be. I struggled with painful cycles, a multitude of digestive and hormonal issues, and felt like it took everything in me to keep up with my fitness goals.
After an extended period time of unlearning and relearning everything I thought I knew about the fitness space, I realized how layered health and fitness truly is. Your metabolism is not just eat less and do more, it’s the end result of everything from your stress levels, the quality of foods put in your body, the hours you consistently sleep (or don’t,) and that internal dialogue you have living inside of you. You can’t look at one piece of the puzzle and miss the bigger picture.
I’ve had over 250+ transformations during the past 4 years coaching and through that time, I’ve been able to craft this approach.
I am so thrilled to bring all my years of experience into this program: The SYNC Coaching Club as both owner and head coach.
This goal of SYNC is not to focus on extremes or individual pieces of the puzzle but to serve as a one stop integrative approach to bridge health, fitness, mindset, and lifestyle together. Our aim is to help you achieve the physique of your dreams while also taking your health to new strides!
